SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday, December 2nd
- Breakfast with Santa hosted by the Rotary Club (tickets for purchase at chamber of commerce)
- Registration for Elks Lodge Cook-Off, starting at 8:00 a.m.
- Downtown Santa’s Market, starting at 10:00am
- Kids games and rides, starting at 10:00am
- Music, dancing, and caroling beginning at noon throughout Winterfest
- Historic Homes Tours, starting at 2:00pm – Purchase tickets online at Gonzaleshistorichomes.org or at the Chamber of Commerce
- Cornhole tournament sponsored by the Elks Lodge, starting at 2:30 p.m.
- Winterfest Organ Concert, starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church
- Stars in the Village at Pioneer Village, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., tickets available onsite
- Chili Cook Off sponsored by the Gonzales Elks Lodge
- Christmas Tree Lighting BEFORE parade
- Lighted Christmas Parade begins at 7:00pm ( Download Parade Route)

WINTERFEST ORGAN CONCERT
On Saturday, Dec. 2, at 4:30 p.m., Chris Oelkers will be featured at the Winterfest organ concert, showcasing the historic pipe organ at the Presbyterian Church. This Estey instrument is 99 years old and still contains almost all its original components. Mr. Oelkers has performed in many US, Canadian, and European organ recitals. He is currently the organist at The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Austin. The Gonzales Presbyterian Choir will perform with the organist for some Christmas anthems. Light refreshments will follow the performance. The concert is free of charge.
WINTERFEST HISTORIC HOMES TOUR
The tickets will be $25 each and will be available for purchase at The Chamber office
