Softball Quadraplex Built at Independence Park

In July, construction began on a softball quadraplex at Independence Park in Gonzales. On July 10th, a ribbon cutting ceremony was planned for the American National Bank, located on the corner of Hwy. 90-A and 97. On July 17th, the construction of a new Guadalupe River Bridge at Santa Anna ford began, which was intended to replace the existing bridge built in 1934.
