J. B. Wells Park is a 169 acre park that has a covered pavilion, multi-purpose show barn, covered arena, practice arena, as well as a Expo center. We offer 470 full RV hook-ups.
This center is often the host the Texas Junior High State Finals, the Youth Rodeo Association State Finals and the Texas Youth Rodeo State Finals. The arena also plays host to numerous cutting horse events, team ropings, barrel races, 4-H play days, Region 6 junior high and high school rodeos,tractor pulls, PBR and a circus. The multi-purpose use show barn hosts many prospect shows, cattle sales, BBQ cook offs, the Rusted Gingham barn sale and the Gonzales Livestock Show.
The Expo center can host weddings, sweet 15’s, conferences, formals, fundraisers as well as a variety of other events.
