Come and Take It Parade

Make plans to attend the 2023 Come and Take It Parade. It will be the Saturday morning of come and take it, starting at 10:30 am. The parade often has 200 or more entries and features fire trucks, local sports and clubs, horses, car clubs, dancers, and local businesses.

This year’s parade will honor Mr. Lester Henry as the 2023 Parade Marshal, a great storyteller, domino player, and bus driver for Gonzales ISD, spanning decades.

Visitors are encouraged to show up early to bring a chair and claim a seat.
