Victoria College Gonzales Center Opens

In March, the Guadalupe River flooded and crested at 40.53 feet. In May, a ribbon cutting was held for the new Victoria College Gonzales Center. In July, the Guadalupe River flooded again and crested at 40.25 feet. During this time, McMillan opened an insurance office at 616 St. Lawrence. Additionally, four eight-foot sections of the original Courthouse fence were replaced by the Historic Homes Association.
