The County Jail moved from Central Square (Block 25) to 1713 Sarah DeWitt Drive. On November 23rd, the Guadalupe River flooded, cresting at 43.97 feet. In November, a celebration was held at Memorial Museum when the building received both State and National Historical markers. (Research by Paul and Vicki Frenzel). The Wellness Center was named the James Price Wellness Center in honor of Dr. James C. Price.
